Rive Gauche Pour Homme by Yves Saint Laurent is a reworked modern interpretation the original fragrance, composed in the 70s. A fragrance with character and a contemporary charm, Rive Gauche opens with soaring aldehyde notes that gradually shade into a luxurious, floral heart. The sensual closing is dominated by a woodsy trail mellowed with balms and musks. Top notes include bergamot, star anise and rosemary, with heart notes of lavender, geranium and clove. Base notes combine vetiver, gaiac wood and patchouli. It is recommended for a romantic occasion.
